Obsessed with the quick fix of bombs, Mr. Clinton has allowed
Saddam to gain the advantage by making a deal with Kofi Annan
that certainly won't be a deal to America's advantage, or he
wouldn't have agreed to it, but it may be a deal the president
and the first lady, with their warped one-world view of American
sovereignty, can easily accept. Saddam, who has outfoxed American
presidents before, wins again.
