It also works better when chondroitin is added.  I've also seen some of
the studies available and talked to some who have used it.
And it has the pain I have down to the one knee.  The one that got the
pepper based cream.
I see ads for that all the time.  I do hope that people know that they
can be just as allergic to it when applied to the skin as they can when
it is swallowed.
