The function is called DateAdd, and looks like this:
x = DateAdd(Interval, Amount, BaseDateTime)
where Interval is one of these strings:
"yyyy" Year
"q" Quarter
"m" Month
"y" Day of year
"d" Day
"w" Weekday
"ww" Week
"h" Hour
"n" Minute
"s" Second
Alas, there is no fortnight among them. Note that minutes is "n", not
"m". Also, Amount can be negative to do DateSubtract.
