The logic that all DOS/4GW programs will be written to run within the limits
of DOS/4GW runnning on raw DOS is sound. I just wanted to prevent people
misunderstanding George's post and mistakenly thinking that those limits
apply to DOS/4GW programs running in a VDM on OS/2 where OS/2, not DOS/4GW,
is the DPMI host.
