DM> But the original parameters work. Here they are:
DM> \tpoint\pgmfiles\pkt2qwk tenmin.pkt -Ttenmin.tbl -N -I%1
DM> The %1 is my name.
DM> \tpoint\pgmfiles\pkt2qwk tenmin.pkt -I%1 -T -S -A3:711/934.8{at}fidonet
DM> This is what you gave to me over the phone. Totally different.
Forget what I told you over the phone. I updated the docs
again after that, so check out the PQWK218 docs, they should
tell you what is required.
PKT2QWK TENMIN.PKT -IYour_Name -Ttenmin.tbl -A3:711/934.7{at}fidonet
QWK2PKT 3:711/934.7{at}fidonet 3:711/934{at}fidonet -R -Ttenmin.tbl -S
"-O this is my origin line" -C
Ok, I've looked up the other discrepancy, the "-N". If you set
-N it means that it will produce a proper standard QWK packet,
ie one that says copyright Qmail and one that has all the
conference names restricted to 10 characters. It is probably
wise to update the docs to use "-N". (Can you update the
PQWK docs while you're at it?)
Also, make sure -N goes before -I, because the other thing it
does is when it is building personal.ndx it does a case
insensitive compare on your name. However, the logic only
seems to get executed properly if -N goes before -I. From
the code, it looks like you can specify your name as
Dieter_Mirbach. It may also be possible to use "Dieter Mirbach",
you'll have to suck it and see.
BFN. Paul.
