Well, yes compared to the civil war (PBS is rerunning the civil war series
which I channel surfed into and I had forgotten the massive loss of
lives...my gawd), it is a small loss.  But remember hardly any lives were
supposed to be lost.  There was no prepartion for a guerella war. Iraq
citizens are now rioting against us.  And their infrastructure is in ruins.
 The loss of lives is only one way to measure whether one is winning or
losing a war.
