Try this:

Dim frm as form

For Each frm in Forms
    unload frm
next frm

'clear up everything else here and then...

End


*Some people will argue that the End statement should not be used...but once 
you have unloaded everything including forms and objects...there should be 
no issue in using the End statement to make sure that any third party 
controls cannot interfere with the closing of the program...IMHO.
