(btw: your setup.cmd ends properly with "ipgate off", doesn't it?)

--- and anyway (IMHO) you should deactivate any firewall as long as you 
don't get proper results. Do your tests with NoJoy at all = Injoy 
completely out of memory, config.sys etc...
