Mathematics alone, cannot distinguish
between them. This is why mathematics
is NOT a science.
No minimand of fitness could ever
be selected for. It would be the
height of absurdity to suggest that
nature is a struugle to minimise
fitness so that fitness is always
reduced, no exceptions.
