There are over 30 known organisms that cause "pneumonia".  We don't
vaccinate for all of them.
The virus will mutate greatly from one year to the next. I will ususally
pick up a two week bout of whatever is going around early in the season,
generally in October, then be able to fight off being sick for the rest
of the winter.
That is, if I am in good condition.
