3.51 for dos adds a few new features that are listed in the
ShareWare archive. v1.15d for windows fixes many bugs and adds a
few things. You are the only one that can decide if they are
worth upgrading to. The windows is a FREE upgrade. They both have
ShareWare versions so there is no reason for you not to just give
them a try yourself to decide. There is nothing to lear over in
either case.
