There was a "DELAY 69" heard on 4724.0 kHz around 0618 UTC the other evening. 
 He had a TN of 69777 and relayed thru a p/p with Mc Clellan that he had 
finished refueling and that the ETA to Albrook would be close to 1300 Z.  Who 
is this DELAY 69...another tanker?

I also heard "SUSPICION" with reference to data continuity on a p/p through 
Mc Clellan on 6739.0 kHz.  Happy Monitoring...Brian.
