 Before you start beating up on Larry for butting in, I'd like to point  
 out that Larry is the Railfans Echo Moderator, and FidoNet requires the  
 echo moderator to post the rules once a month.  
 Now, as for the occasional drift into off topic stuff, like model

 it does happen, but if we get too involved, it might put off the folks who  
 are only railfans and not modelers. Also, Larry tends to get upset if I 
drift too 
 long onto photography.  
 So, if you're also a model railroader and don't have the echo, pick up
