subject: Where are they?

Your idea of writing a game that accesses screens off of a floppy disk
was tried many times in the past -- I have several that access the disk
every time you move from one room to another. The big problem? Disk
reads are too slow, especially with the older 810 drives. Nowadays if
you have a Black Box or MIO with a hard drive, this is no problem, but
in the earlier games you could take a coffee break while the screens
were loading.
