in this case I don't think we are really talking about a matter of free
speech, since andy is perfectly free to post the acb messages to any list
that would find them consistent with its purposes.  in this case, i don't
believe that the nfb as an organization is obligated to give andy a forum
for the posting of acb messages.  doing that is not consistent with the
purposes of our movement.  Nor do i think that we should allow our
resources to be used for andy's persistent cheap shots.  if he doesn't
want to be part of us, he doesn't have to be.  we are not obligated to
permit him to try to color our strategies with the acb's and that was my
only point in writing about the postings of the washington connection.
