A missing hyphenation file certainly certainly will result in an appropriate
error message. I know that from experience ... :-(
You may wish to enlarge the hyphenation zone.

The only really good way to do that is to check it 'manually'. Search for
Soft hyphens. I think all versions of WP have a special version of those
hyphens when they are at the end of a line.
With WP6.? I'll have to do that anyway as the Dutch hyphenation file is not
to good :-(
