"B" would be a "language-level/mode" type consciousness. 

Language enabling circuits (of a thus conscious individual) 
would keep refreshing a 'brain buffer' containing a set of 
red-AND-green-relevant 'sensorimotor contingency coded' 
neural states that may or may stay in neurophysioanatomical 
contact with red and green detecting "mechanical sensors". 

And it of course deserves to be mentioned [because this is sbe] 
that 'the relevant environmentally provided frequencies of photons' 
(the relatively fundamental reality/existence of which) have of course 
contributed to both Adversity and Opportunity type evolutionary 
pressures in the phylogeny of normally red/green-seeing, 
counting, and conceptually classifying genophenotypes. ;-)
