I think that it's true for the early years only. Many of their early
songs was in E, maybe because it's an easy key for the guitar. But when
they started to compose with piano there was a couple of songs in F,
speacially by Paul. I can think of Yesterday, Michelle, Fixing A Hole,
Hey Jude.
