I don't think so. However, if you execute something like:
RANDOMIZE TIMER
N1 = RND
RANDOMIZE TIMER
N2 = RND
then there is a chance that N1 and N2 might end up with the same values,
since TIMER wouldn't have had time to change between the two
RANDOMIZEs. Obviously, this shouldn't happen! Anyway, doing RANDOMIZE
TIMER over and over again is not only unnecessary, it also wastes time.
