Seen-By's are ok at incoming .pkt.
FastEcho stores message to local JAM base with all seen-by's ok.
FastEcho exports message to you with seen-by's stripped!

FastEcho exports message to you with seen-by's _NOT_ stripped!
I believe there is some kind of hardcoded interzone seenby stripping
inside FastEcho.
