That is hardly the same as a "right" to a "weapons free flight."

For one thing, a sky marshall, if present, didn't have to buy a ticket, and
therefore is not bound by the same terms.  The carrying of explosives is
prohibited for customers, but that doesn't grant you any rights re: staff.
