->  `99. Front Wheel Drive. Non-turbo. Gets 24 MPG city.

 As soon as soem more stats are gathered the Insurance companies are
gojng to RAISE the Rates for SUV's Dramaticly. Just like they did for
the high horsepowwer cars soem years back. The SUV's are consint more to
insure on an average  then Cars & Station Wagons.
I would check into having that Volvo Reclassified before the Rates jump
up and bite you.  IT Obviously is NOT anything close to an SUV.
