This is the important one, right? :)  I should have everything else fixed
here on my end.  Added a few more echos that came down the pipe this 
morning and will continue to add them as new files come in :)  I was 
wondering if mbfido's tic parameter can auto-add areas like the toss
parameter does when tossing message packets.
