In Microsoft's Office applications for Win95, the caption bar at the top of 
the apps does a fill or fade from black to whatever the color is actually set 
to. It's a fairly nice effect that I'm interested in including in my own 
programs.
I'm familiar with how to do such an effect in a form, but how would it be 
done to a caption bar using Delphi (1 or 2)?
