I used to ask if he was incompetent or a liar. Now I ask if he is both.

But it appears worse than that as he has picked up a habit of shafting his
supporters (Saudi, Egypt, Jordan wrt Lebanon, The "new Europe"
wrt secret prisons).

Both in really sensitive places (Former SU "possessions" wrt
"secret police abductions" & the Arab countries wrt Palestine
& thus an older Christo-Judiac-Islamic sensitivity.

That's so incompetent it appears actively stupid not merely passively.
