The Russians are getting back up. No real controls on tech transfer &
they're beavering away with the PRC on all things electronic (&
possibly India). Heck youz guyz can't even run a reliable space program

It's like the North Sea. Little uns can be nasty coz of all the reflections
from the land (mucho why the bay of Biscay has it's reputation).

You can deliver them by air, esp in a Caspian context. This is for quietly
pottering about & surprising other ships (esp wrt smuggling) & for
testing. Note how it's a dinky little corvette for an inland sea. Test
small & if it works build bigger.
