The only time you see starvation anymore is in countrys
that have imploded in civil chaos and civil war.

Fraid so, particularly those who CHOOSE to bludge on the dole and not
try very hard to get a job. Like move to the Sunshine Coast where its
perfectly obvious there are bugger all jobs for people like that, stick
their hand out for the dole and spend their time surfing etc. Bugger that.
