Thanks. I somehow always confuse them with the Jehovah's
Witness for some reason? 

I do try to know what other religions are about but as soon as
I find something stupid I stop and just write them off as a
'cult'. 

I enjoy the writings attributed to Lao Tse (Taoists) but he was
a philosopher and had no intentions of starting a religion. He
had some good ideas and interesting ways of expressing them. 

My family website has one of my favorite Taoist stories and
another that is a Brahmin folktale - even though the Brahmin
were a bad bunch IMO the story is useful.
