The US needs to step up to the plate for 2 years minimum & to pour
troops in ASAP. The longer the troops are so few the more
"practice" the locals get wrt what works esp with "assisted
learning" coming from Iraq.

Quick trip across Iran & set up a school in the Iranian/Baluchi region et voila.
