You're then advocating that we sit back with our thumbs up our asses and
watch them create nuclear weapons. What we're trying to do is present a
united front against that eventuality, but the Russians and Chinese don't
seem to be interested -- so talk to them about causing death, because
that's exactly what their obfuscation is going to do. It ain't Bush's
fault, as convenient as that excuse is for the world to fall back on to
avoid scrutiny of their own fecklessness.
