Shrug. Russia has majority muslim states (& the only European Buddhist
state (Kalmykia)).

& majority mongol/tartar & ....etc.

It's a big place however I think that Islam had little to do with it given
it apparently started after a "after a deadly barfight".

But no doubt there are "true russian" nazis.

The concept of being a "true russian" is however a bit flakey
given the massive movements of people (mostly by war) which have occurred
across the steppes.
