In looks I can agree.   It is the function and really not the
specs, but more the reliability that I doubt.

Strange you say that, but one of my biggest surprises here is how rough can
be the Caspian.  It can really get nasty out there.  In some of the seas, I
wouldn't want to be in anything like that ship at all.  You would get
tossed around.  All wind driven too, so not regular like say the Pacific. 
Really a mess.

Exactly so why put the money into the stealth.  Better and more lethal
weapons system.
