That's an insulting, and purposely ignorant at best, retort, Antti. The
"different" deaths include Americans as well as Shia, Sunni et.
al.

There will be another set of "different deaths" coming up soon,
once the feckless UN security council approves Iranian nuclear weapons by
default. Should we wait to see who Iran decides should die, or should we
kill them first?

Or should we all just emulate the Eloi and march into the Morlock caves on
demand? After all, a few lives lost on schedule are a small price to pay to
enjoy pleasant afternoons of idiocy on the riverbank, yes?
