I also wonder if this "comeback" of the Taliban is really just
more news caused by NATO's push into some of the areas.  Not to be a body
counter but there seems to be many more of them getting killed.  The
toughest part though is pushing the Government out to these regions.  I
think the plan that NATO has with PRT's looks to be a push in the right
direction.  Just need to get the security situation under control and I
think that is why it appears to be this big Taliban comeback.
