I agree with you that this is information all blind people need to know,
and it doesn't matter one iota that you got it from an ACB source.  I'm
especially concerned about that Levi-Strauss commercial featuring the
woman feeding a stranger's guide dog.  Being married to a guide dog user,
I know that Al frequently has to tell the public not to give the dog any
attention.  This commercial could cause blind people even more harm than
Mr. Magoo, because it promotes specific harmful behavior.  By the way,
what does any of this have to do with Levi-Strauss jeans?  I guess the
idea must be to associate them with a "good person" who is "generous"
enough to give her hot dog to the guide dog.
