No, you're gonna get flamed (if mildly as I'm not really into it...) for not
standing on your principles. You got it right the first time up there where
you say "garbage about mandating", that's exactly it -- it's garbage.
We don't need the government dictating this stuff to us, do we? After all,
look at what a good job they did about airbags, where that 1 year old kid
recently got decapitated.
How'd you like to have been that mother, eh? How about the bureaucrat that
made that ultimate decision (that said cars should be equipped that way) be
put in that car, with the corpse of this kid and made to sit there for a
while and reflect on the wisdom of his ways? How about that, huh?
