From: Day Brown Alternatively, you might try VPAL.EXE It lets you change any of the 16 default text mode screen colors to any of the 262,144 hues that are possible with the vga rom bios. I've seen the custom palette retained by text editors. When you see the colors you want, you can save the palette, then load it in autoexec.bat VPAL load YOURCOLR.PAL .zip is about 30k. freeware. can I attach it here? THEN, there is ANSI.COM which loads at the dos prompt.
