If she does not have one they are under $70 (new) with software
these days. A good solid commercial quality file cabinet will
be the _expensive_ part of my concept.

That was approximately the size of my graduating class in HS.
Large building and quite modern for it's day with an olympic
sized swimming pool, gymnasium, and eventually an air
conditioned auditorium with upholstered 'theatre' seats by the
time my youngest sibling graduated. We used to lavish a great
deal of tax dollars on our children. :-) 

Hard to imagine (for me). My 'village' was over 100,000 that
grew to 250,000 by the time I was 21. I live within walking
distance of the Northern boundary of Detroit where a few
million souls are in a constant state of flux. I feel something
like the flea on the back of a large dog. ;-)
