You can't. There is a command line limit and the ShellExecute method merely 
passes the data to the email application as a command line. If you were 
using Outlook Express you could use 
http://vbnet.mvps.org/code/internet/shellexecutelargeemail.htm but you'll 
have to either:

a) use the MAPI control
b) use CDONTS if supported
c) use a third-pary SMTP control
