Dunno, but I find it awfully difficult to comprehend that anybody would
actually elect to have a lobotomy performed voluntarily.

I don't think you can lobotomise just single neurons, but then what the

Quite aside from which, his dog's tail would prevent the cement from
curing, by virtue of its constant wagging.  I also have it on very good
authority that Rod is incredibly lazy, so much so that instead of going
outside to see if it's raining, he calls in the dog to see if it's wet.
