I *think* all that Sjoerd really wants to be able to do here is something
like
this:
- Examine the task list to see if gsview is already running.
- Generate the necessary messages to bring GSview to the foreground /
restore
it (if minimized).
- Generate the necessary system messages to force 95 to shift focus from TSE
to gsview.
