I think that it was a problem included my BBS software.  If I were not
running it under DV, DV would probably work fine with DR-DOS here.  But
if I remember right, there was a memory issue or conflict that the
combination of the three caused, and the work-arounds in the DV/QEMM
tech docs didn't solve it.
