Yep I understand completely.  I am also adding a outside building to hole my 
sandblaster and I am also putting the finishing touches on a 32 foot long 
shed that I intended to allow me to weld in.  Alas in my typical piss poor 
planning mode I miss calculated and the tractor takes more than its alloted 
space.  I suspect that its all the fault of this north type weather.  You 
must be freezing your butt by now?  To-day  was the first really cold day in 
quite awhile, ( -5 :-)  but the sun was out so I was too.  Its been raining 
for the last week or longer.  Where have you been buying fiber Glass?
