I hope I'm encluded with this title?  I'm not against sexing by surgical
means....I don't like the CLinics by which any vet does multiply 
different Psittacines, species, Aviaries.  I'm DEAD against them
Did you know that I have three birds of which I paid thousands of
dollars and they were Surgically sexed the wrong gender?  I have
been told that if equipment is faulty for DNA that this can happen
as well.  If faulty the sex will appear as Female!

My Red Fronted Pair were sold to me as a Pair by a honest couple. 
I had this pair over three years.  I had them sexed surgically
 here at my house
to see how they were for they were giving me infertile eggs, a lot
of them.
I sold this "pair" of egg laying for a premium amount of money, with
documentation , encluding the sexing results by the vet with tattooo.
THE story is BOTH  were Females...I told him I would take them both back
with full amount of money given back to him.  He wanted both of these
girls and put them with males for two pairs.  He was happy.  I gave
him all health , vet doucuments before he bought these kids which
showed they had been surgically sexed three times before he sexed them
again.  All vets did not agree in what sex they were.
I dont' agree with with your theory as I house many endangered 
Psittacines of different species.
