I believe she already did. She told us that the man admitted that he
mistakenly grabbed the wrong kid and admitted (confessed) to what he
did, was arrested and was awaiting trial.
It would be interesting what, if any, sentence he receives. I suppose
there might be some fodder for our "constitutional rights of the victim"
discussion there.
