  It's the name of an album by Elvis Costello, I think; referring to
Frank Sinatra's moviemaking debut with the help of the Mafia. It was
immortalised in The Godfather, when the Mafia Don told his goons to
"Make him offer he can't refuse," so they put his horse's head in bed 
with him.

  Aaaerh! Brenton's sick sense of humour! I changed it to "luniwank"
which I rather liked, but when I did what Frank has done and published
it, you changed it to "fuckwit" (or something similarly insulting). Now 
I keep it a secret.
