Which reminds me.....(actually this came to mind last night, but I couldn't
find an easy way to make it relevant)....in our first year over here after
moving from England, we had neighbours who had also recently come from
England - Grimsby to be exact.   He took a job in
Grimsby, Ontario.   One day he phoned home needing a ride from work (I
think).   I think he called collect and his wife was initially rather
upset at getting a long-distance call from Grimsby (assuming England and
family trouble)  .
