he did not chose to move those messages to his badmail area... there are no
entry for ward's system for the FIDONEWS echo tag so the tosser rightly saw
those messages as badmail and placed them properly...

we're not... we're saying that ward could easily have taken care of this by
querying ross' areafix, seeing that ross' system did not have ward's listed as
being connected and then connected with another areafix message... that would
have solved the problem without all the old messages being reprocessed...
