Actually Bill I was wondering the same thing.  Maybe his wife is working 
to support the 4 kids while he spends his DSS payments trying to make a 
buck buying and selling  PC parts.  His offer prices are similiar to those 
of that chap Purvis or whatever some time back. 
 
I wonder if he bothers to declare his profits to dear uncle Peter at 
the Tax Office :)
