Just to clarify this, even if you don't need it now, it's the Properties
notebook of a "Create Data-CD" folder object that was made by using the
"Create Data-CD" template found in the "CD-Writing
Utilities" folder that
installation creates on your Desktop.
And, since I misunderstood your eCS version, adding the menubar is in 1.2x but
I do not know if that feature was in 1.1x.
If it were, the way to add to all template-created folders would be to go into
the Properties notebook of the template, turn off template (File page), make
desired changes, then turn template back on. That's what I did so all folder
objects I drag off a template have the menubar in them.
One can do similarly for the "Create Audio-CD" and "Create
Data-DVD" templates
with ADC 0.56 and eCS1.2x.

Accidents cause History.
If Sigismund Unbuckle had taken a walk in 1426 and met Wat
Tyler, the Peasant's Revolt would never have happened and the
motor car would not have been invented until 2026, which
would have meant that all the oil could have been used for
lamps, thus saving the electric light bulb and the whale, and
nobody would have caught Moby Dick or Billy Budd.
